Please note that I have changed the "Queued" status on the raid page to "Reserve (and available to substitute)". This better represents what this status means.

Those raiders on reserve need to be available to substitute for any confirmed raiders that leave the raid at any stage (e.g. connection issues), or fail to make the raid start time and have not notified the raid leader they will be late.
